As the Property Accountant – IPP, you will report directly to the Accounting Manager, managing the full cycle accounting processes.

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
Conduct variance analyses and cash flow assessments
Review and approve complex lease arrangements

Collaborate with property managers on financial matters Requirements:
Completion of CPA or two years of relevant experience
