Responsibilities
Building client relationships and trust to operate as mini-FD to several of our clients
Preparing monthly management accounts and annual budgets
Preparing reports and ad-hoc analysis to support decision making
Engaging Partners on billing, credit control and drawings
Preparation of draft annual financial accounts
Build and maintain balance sheet monthly reconciliation processes
Maintaining financial controls for client UK and overseas entities




Maintaining Partner current accounts and tax reserves
Helping select and set up new practice management systems and finance processes as current clients on-board
Approving payments and transfers from bank accounts
Handling accounting, tax, VAT and other finance queries

CandidateProfile
Qualified Accountant with at least 3 year’s post qualified experience.
Experience of working in an international and multi-currency setting preferred
UnderstandingofLLPaccountingandamixoffinancialcontrol,reportingandoperationalfinanceexperience
Excellent communication skills, gravitas and professionalism
Flexibleteamplayer,capableofdeliveringexcellentworkinafastpaced,multi-clientenvironment
