The Sr. Associate, Live Streaming Host will support live selling sessions by engaging with audiences, showcasing products, and leveraging exceptional communication skills to drive sales. The role also involves assisting with product preparation and organization to ensure smooth live streaming events. Additionally, flexing into either social media creation or back end operational support (like event management) may be expected at the Sr. Associate level.Role DutiesHost and narrate live auction streams with high energy, confidence, and strong audience engagementPresent and describe products clearly and persuasively while maintaining a consistent pace of 15-30+ showcased items per hourActively monitor and respond to live chat to build rapport, encourage participation, and drive user conversionVerify all items and SKUs in advance to ensure successful run of show and a seamless presentationShowcase each item visually with clarity,
