Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Able to conceptualise new packaging ideas for both internal and 3rd party brand (including mock-ups)
- Composition product photos into lifestyle images using stock photography or Adobe AI tools.
- Create settings for lifestyle image photography
- Production of lookbooks & catalogues on InDesign.
- POP, digital retail planograms built to scale, mock-ups, digital flyers, promotional material, and storyboards for presentations.
- Aid in managing social media platforms.
- Design and produce graphic standard guides for various brands/products.
- Miscellaneous design layouts and in-house projects as they arise.
- On-site position with work-from-home accomodation when occasionally needed
- Other duties as assigned

Education and/or professional experience required:

- 8+ years experience as a graphic designer.




- Experience in graphic design for consumer retail packaging.
- Develops and champions well-supported ideas by bringing thoughtful perspectives and can clearly justify recommendations with sound reasoning.

- Team-player with a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management skills and resourcefulness.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Expert knowledge using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Portfolio showcasing packaging required.
