Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and chicken dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations to maintain a clean and protected kitchen environment
Assist in meal preparation by chopping, marinating, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items efficiently
Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, fryers, grills, and prep stations
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by following sanitation procedures regularly
Serve food promptly to ensure freshness and quality for dine-in or takeout orders
Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tasks with energy and precision
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings—preferably with pizza and chicken dishes
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Excellent skills in serving customers efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Ability to work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, and prep tools
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable
