Reporting to the Silviculture Superintendent, you will ensure compliance with safety protocols and aid in program coordination among the Silviculture team and other departments. Your focus is on sustainable forest management and effective operations. Key Responsibilities:
Directly supervise reforestation activities daily
Coordinate with the Silviculture and Planning teams
Ensure contractors follow safety and compliance standards
Support the development of reforestation strategies
Provide input on operational efficiency and improvements Requirements:
Forestry or natural resources degree required
RPF or RPFT designation eligibility in Alberta
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
Positive organizational and interpersonal capabilities
