Key Responsibilities:
• Manage negotiations and procurements with subcontractors
• Review and validate subcontractor quotes




• Ensure appropriate bonding and compliance from subcontractors
• Evaluate progress and recommend payments
• Support with final account reviews and disputes
Requirements:
• MRICS, CIOB, or chartered in process
• Degree in Construction or Q.S. related field
• Over 5 years in contract administration
• 3+ years on major infrastructure projects
• Experience within joint venture settings
