Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Diesel Engine Mechanic specializing in Cummins and Paccar engines. In this role, you will be responsible for rebuild, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty diesel engines and DFP system problems related to dump trucks. Must have hydraulic system knowledge and welding experience.

Duties
Diagnose and repair diesel engines, including Cummins and Paccar models, utilizing schematics and technical manuals.
Diagnose DPF system and fix.
Hydraulic system knowledge
Perform routine maintenance.
Conduct heavy lifting and mechanical repairs on dump trucks.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and electrical testing devices to complete repairs accurately.
Interpret technical schematics and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems.




Operate heavy equipment safely during diagnostics or repairs when necessary.

Requirements
Proven mechanic experience with heavy-duty diesel engines, especially Cummins and Paccar brands.
Dealership or industrial equipment repair experience highly preferred.
Robust mechanical knowledge across various machinery including dump trucks, Live bottoms etc.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using appropriate tools and techniques.
Hands-on experience with automotive repair tools, power tools, hand tools, and maintenance procedures.
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and industrial machinery safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to diagnostics and repairs.

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
