This site-based role, reporting to the Mill Manager, offers an chance to make a direct impact on mill operations during commissioning and ramp-up phases. You will utilize your engineering expertise to develop maintenance strategies, establish condition monitoring systems, and manage critical spare parts. Your cutting-edge approach will help drive improvements in equipment reliability and operational safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead RAM studies for effective maintenance strategies
• Identify key spare parts for operational readiness




• Create and manage asset hierarchies within CMMS
• Engage in root cause analysis for equipment failures
• Drive condition monitoring and performance enhancement projects

Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• P.Eng. designation or EIT registration pathway preferred
• Experience with FMEA, RCM, and RCA methodologies
• Excellent technical communication skills
• Solid emphasis on safety and risk management
