The individual will be working out of our Fort McKay branch, Monday through Friday and must be LOCAL.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGResponsibilities (including but not limited to):Analyse and reconcile SAP entries to ensure accuracy with internal and external costsReceive, price, enter and audit work orders to ensure all costs/charges are capturedDiagnose problems and propose solutions working closely with operations to ensure work orders are accurate before they are presented to the clientReview and enter daily timesheetsMaintain a strong client focus with interactions with both internal and external clientsPositively influence others with proposed options/solutions to customers and operationsCreate and maintain the filing systemWHAT YOU'LL NEEDEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma from an accredited institutionMinimum one (3-5) year of office experience,
