(Location)is currently seeking a Body Shop Prepper to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.Purpose/Summary of Position:The Body Shop Painter Assistant is required to perform tasks in the prepping and refinishing of vehicles. The Body Shop Prepper is responsible for prepping various makes and models of vehicle for bodywork and paint. Responsibilities include preparing panels to be primed, priming car body, sanding, applying primer and executing minor body work. The Prepper must be willing to be trained and demonstrate the ability to learn.Required Qualifications:Our ideal candidates understand that customers have a choice in where they purchase and repair their vehicles, and therefore demonstrate a commitment delivering unparalleled service to show our customers real value for their hard‑earned money.Performs repairs on customer vehicles with a focus on quality workmanship and fixed right first timeReview damage report and estimates of refinish cost and plan work to be performedMix paint, blend and match colorsPlans refinish procedures using paint chips, spray out cards, manuals and experiencePromotes dealership by presenting professional image, positive attitude,
