As part of your duty as a supervisor, you will manage flight operations compliance, ensuring all cargo/ramp tasks meet industry regulations.

Your leadership will be crucial for mentoring cargo/ramp staff and enhancing inter-departmental coordination. Additionally, you'll monitor safety practices and prepare necessary reports while resolving any operational conflicts. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee compliance with flight operations and safety
Conduct audits and monitor ramp safety measures
Provide mentorship and lead operations support
Assist in staff scheduling and training initiatives
Prepare and submit performance reports Requirements:
High School diploma with two years' supervisory experience
Proficient in MSOffice and other relevant software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in a unionized workplace preferred
