Rhapsody Property Management Services seeks a capable Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations across our properties in Toronto. You will perform in-suite and common area maintenance, while delivering robust resident service and timely repairs.
The role requires flexibility for on-call shifts, basic tool proficiency, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry and painting. Prior maintenance experience is valued, with WHMIS and trade certifications as assets.
