Create and implement competency frameworks for the FDE practice

Represent the FDE practice with senior leadership Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
10+ years of complex engagement experience
3+ years in a leadership role within a skilled practice
Proven ability to drive team development and culture
