This role emphasizes collaboration with Project Managers, focusing on staffing effectiveness and quality outcomes. Your hands-on experience and ability to influence a collaborative team culture will be pivotal to project success. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Project Managers for field reports and staffing updates
Oversee safety and quality compliance with subcontractors
Ensure projects are adequately staffed for success
Identify issues in design and scheduling early




Administer contracts, orders and instructions effectively
Lead and instruct tradespeople in office
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols by all personnel Requirements:
Minimum of two years as a Superintendent for a general contractor
Red Seal in Carpentry preferred
Proven ability to deliver projects from conception to completion
Solid relationship management skills with stakeholders
