What you will do
Build and shape the HR Operational Excellence function
Lead end-to-end HR process transformation
Identify recurring issues and remove root causes
Improve employee experience and HR service delivery
Work closely with HRIS, Workday and ServiceNow teams
Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives
Influence senior stakeholders across HR, Technology and Operations
Lead and develop direct reports

What we need
Robust HR Operational Excellence or HR transformation experience
Proven end-to-end process redesign experience
Strong Workday knowledge
Experience working closely with HRIS and Workday teams
Genuine people leadership experience
Strong senior stakeholder management




Experience leading change through influence
Experience within a large or complex organisation

Highly relevant experience

CAD $150,000 base salary
