As part of the Lumenus Autism team, the Behaviour Technician works directly with children and youth with autism and their families in the implementation of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ontario).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare and organize the teaching setting and materialsReview available information pertaining to children on caseload on a regular basisParticipate in intake and assessment activities as appropriateIndividualized Program ImplementationProvides Behavioural Intervention on a one-to-one or in a group setting as per expectations set by Lumenus guidelines and clinical standardsDevelops an appropriate therapeutic relationship with the childPrepares and implements daily activities as per the client's clinical Program(s)Monitors and records client progress using program approved data collection methods and formsFollows prescribed programs as written and seeks consultation as neededUtilizes sound clinical judgementAsssess individual client skills, abilities, interests,
