Transform data governance practices at CBC/Radio-Canada as the Director of AI Enterprise Data Governance. This full time hybrid position focuses on operational excellence in data management. You will lead CBC/Radio-Canada’s enterprise-wide data governance strategy, embedding best practices in data quality and usability.

This role includes spearheading compliance initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of data literacy. Your efforts will ensure that data serves as a strategic asset for the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine data governance frameworks and policies
Implement effective data quality and tracking mechanisms
Lead data governance committees for senior leadership
Foster networks of data stewards across the organization
Enhance data literacy through expert training programs Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience in data governance
Relevant bachelor's degree
Proven experience in enterprise governance tools
Robust command of SQL and data modeling
Bilingual proficiency in both English and French Elevate data governance standards and enhance CBC/Radio-Canada's media landscape.
