Lead academic support efforts at Canada’s National Ballet School as an Educational Guidance Counsellor. Help students navigate their academic and post-secondary options in Toronto, Ontario. In this full time position, you will become a key advocate for students' educational journeys at NBS.

Your role involves providing comprehensive counseling and guidance, enabling students to explore various pathways in education and ensuring they make informed decisions. Collaborating with teachers and families, you will monitor academic progress and contribute to effective academic administration while supporting students in their transition to post-secondary prospects. Key Responsibilities:
Offer individualized academic guidance to students




Guide course selection and transition planning
Monitor student progress and provide strategic support
Collaborate with academic staff on scheduling
Engage in school-wide activities and meetings Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent
Ontario College of Teachers certification mandatory
Five years of teaching experience preferred
Experience in academic advising or guidance
