Prepare itemized cheques and manage payment collections
Adhere to food and alcohol service guidelines Requirements:
Previous food & beverage experience is an asset
ProServe certification is mandatory
Tech-savvy and proficient with POS systems
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work wide-ranging shifts
