Join Money Mentors as a Client Services Coordinator to provide high-quality services to clients. Help clients onboard and maintain financial wellness through the OPD program. As a key member of the Client Services team, you will onboard recent clients into the Orderly Payment of Debt program, ensuring they understand all aspects of their involvement.

Your role requires effective communication with clients, court officials, and creditors while engaging individuals to uphold their payment commitments. Work closely with clients nearing the end of their programs, guiding them toward successful completion and rebuilding their finances. Key Responsibilities:
Onboard current clients and explain their program responsibilities
Engage with clients about their budget challenges




Communicate file progress between clients and stakeholders
Celebrate client milestones and prepare for program completion
Recommend services for clients needing additional support Requirements:
Diploma or degree or relevant experience
2+ years in the financial industry or similar roles
Excellent communication and relationship skills
