Responsibilities
Manage daily dry cleaning and laundry operations to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
Supervise staff, providing training, support, and motivation to maintain productivity and excellent customer interactions
Oversee the proper handling of garments, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility to promote a safe working environment
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary cleaning supplies and equipment
Monitor workflow efficiency, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement process improvements




Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies related to laundry and cleaning procedures
Manage AR/AP, along with sales and new account procurement

Requirements
Proven familiarity in laundry or cleaning operations
Solid leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively
Knowledge of laundry processes, dry cleaning techniques, and cleaning best practices
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing operations and quality control
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Good communication skills to interact with staff, vendors, and customers professionally
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
