OverviewOur Shift Supervisors play a key role in overseeing daily operations within the Operations Centre. In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of Operators, ensuring effective monitoring, incident response, and adherence to established protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment.Job Skills / RequirementsSchedule: Sunday-Thursday, 0730-1530hrsPay Rate: $26.25/hourResponsibilitiesConduct audits of scheduling and reporting software to ensure data-integrityFacilitate timely dispatching of alarm and accurate follow up reports with resolutions for eachProcess client requests for ad-hoc coverage into our scheduling softwareCommunicate occurrences impacting operations to internal stakeholders as necessaryEnsure front-line security staff are informed and equipped to carry out their duties and responsibilitiesCompile and distribute shift briefs recapping pertinent events to the support service teamManage and maintain work-alone requirements for front-line staff as requiredAssist in radio and equipment tracking and inventoryCoordinate, assign and review the work of security personnelEstablish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff and ensure deadlines are met and procedures followedResolve work-related problems or issuesWrite detailed daily logs and reports of all incidents and investigationsTrain new staff members in the job duties, safety procedures and company policies and occasionally perform same duties as supervised workersEnsure smooth operations of site orders, safety protocols,
