Mini Marvels Learning Centre is a warm, nurturing, and play-based daycare for children ages 6 months to 6 years. Our focus is on emotional growth, creativity, curiosity, and hands-on learning in a safe, supportive setting.

Position: Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part time

Location: Okotoks, AB

Responsibilities
Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all children.
Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning activities.
Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Assist with daily routines including meals, naps, toileting, and transitions.
Observe, document, and assess children’s progress.
Communicate professionally with parents and families.
Follow all licensing regulations and safety procedures.
Use positive guidance and promote emotional regulation.
Maintain clean, organized, and engaging classrooms.




Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:
Alberta Child Care Certification: Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 (or willing to obtain).
Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector (or willing to complete).
Valid Child Care First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain).
Experience working with young children in daycare/preschool settings.
Warm, patient, caring, and passionate about early learning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
