DiveThru is inviting applications from current therapists to serve as Clinical Consultants for a six-month pilot. This role will allow you to partner with the Director of Counselling, providing insights into clinical issues and ethical dilemmas while enhancing organizational policies. Your contributions will help strengthen the overall clinical framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on high-risk clinical situations and ethical dilemmas • Participate in the review of clinical protocols and procedures • Aid in tackling complex client-related issues • Maintain comprehensive documentation of consultations • Collaborate with leadership on clinical recommendations
Requirements: • Active registration as a Registered Psychologist in Alberta • Demonstrated capability in complex clinical contexts • Solid ethical judgment and skilled integrity • Knowledge of documentation and regulatory standards • Willingness to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration
