Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inquiries related to benefits administered by the Board
• Process member requests with precision and care




• Monitor and meet personal and team performance metrics
• Apply current legislative and policy knowledge
• Ensure organized activities to meet service standards
Requirements:
• Education at the college or university level
• Preferred experience of one year in client service
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Ability to interpret regulations into procedures
• Strong organizational capabilities and time management
