Nortex Roofing Ltd. is in search of a Roofing Estimator to join their full time, on-site team in the Greater Toronto Area. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in commercial and industrial roofing estimation.

This role is designed for those with 3-5 years of experience in roofing estimation. You will be tasked with reviewing tender documents, executing accurate quantity take-offs, and preparing comprehensive cost estimates. The estimator will also work with suppliers on pricing, ensuring that all project specifications are clearly understood.

Key Responsibilities: • Review specifications, drawings, and tender documents • Execute detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates • Prepare thorough bids and project proposals • Review supplier and subcontractor pricing • Coordinate with project managers during handovers

Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years of roofing estimating experience • Strong understanding of roofing systems and installation • Proven ability to interpret architectural documents • Excellent detail orientation and communication skills • Comfortable using estimating tools and software
