Take charge as the Creative Lead UX/UI Designer in our energetic studio. Foster innovation and motivate your team while ensuring exceptional user interfaces that enhance gaming experiences. This permanent, full time role works under the Creative Director.
You will spearhead the UI/UX vision, support artistic growth among team members, and balance aesthetics with functional design principles. Collaborating with various departments, you will guide the creative process to meet technical constraints and elevate visual standards. Key Responsibilities:
Define and maintain the UI direction for projects
Partner with artists and programmers to enhance visual quality
Inspire and coach UI team members with transparent feedback
Prioritize and outline artistic milestones effectively
Oversee the UI team's task completion and quality assurance Requirements:
College or university degree in graphic design or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in UI/UX design and team leadership
Comprehensive knowledge of visual design strategies
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
