Maritime Thermal Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for confident, driven people who want to earn, improve, and move up. You’ll connect with homeowners, introduce energy-efficient heat pump solutions, and schedule free consultations with qualified specialists.

No experience required. This is an entry-level job. We provide the training, tools, and support. You bring the confidence, work ethic, and willingness to perform.

(In-person position. We are not hiring part time or remote applicants.)

What You’ll Do

Speak with homeowners about heat pump solutions, explain the perks of lower energy costs and year-round comfort, schedule free consultations, and represent Maritime Thermal Solutions professionally.
