and a commitment to continuous improvement.What You'll DoCulinary Operations & Guest ExperienceEnsure all food is prepared, presented, and served to established quality standardsMaintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanlinessRespond to guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve the dining experienceConduct regular inspections of kitchen, banquet, and food service areasCollaborate with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiencesSupport menu development, features, and operational improvementsFinancial & Operational ManagementManage labour scheduling based on business levels and forecasted occupancyControl food and labour costs while maintaining quality and service standardsOversee inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and product utilizationMinimize waste through effective ordering, rotation, labeling, and storage practicesMonitor departmental performance against approved budgetsIdentify efficiencies and implement cost‐saving initiatives when appropriateLeadership & Team DevelopmentRecruit, train, coach, and develop kitchen team membersFoster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace cultureRecognize and celebrate team successes and achievementsConduct performance reviews, coaching conversations, and development planningLead regular team meetings and ensure clear communication across the departmentPromote teamwork, professionalism,
