This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring established processes are followed consistently. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy structured work, are comfortable managing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy, and like solving problems when things don't add up.ResponsibilitiesSupport multiple stores with inventory administration, ensuring accurate inventory through proper processesEnter, update, and manage data using internal systems and Microsoft Office applicationsCommunicate with store teams and internal stakeholders to support inventory-related activitiesPrioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting established deadlinesCollaborate with the team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.RequirementsAdministrative or clerical experience with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervisionStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience with Microsoft Planner and Adobe Acrobat is an assetStrong numerical aptitude and confidence working with dataAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, investigate root causes, and recommend solutionsExcellent organizational, time management,
