Duties
Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of menu items following established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Support food handling procedures, including proper storage, labeling, and sanitation practices
Help with food plating and presentation to ensure an appealing dining experience
Perform general cleaning duties in the kitchen area, including dishwashing and waste disposal
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately




Support serving staff with meal delivery and guest requests to enhance customer satisfaction

Skills
Previous food service experience in a rapid-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
Solid understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests effectively
Experience with kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and meal preparation processes
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and cashiering procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Hospitality background or hotel experience is advantageous but not essential
Barista experience or guest services skills are a plus for versatile team members
