This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation, excellent attention to detail, and hands‐on experience with Microsoft Dynamics.You'll support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and audit preparation while working closely with the Financial Controller and cross-functional teams.What You'll DoProcess and record daily financial transactions accurately and on timeVerify that company procedures are followed when recording financial transactionsMaintain and balance financial records using manual and computerized systemsPost journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare trial balances for all legal entitiesMaintain general ledgers and prepare financial reports as requiredPrepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reportsMonitor account status and assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableReconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptlyAssist with monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and government remittancesSupport annual and government audits by providing required documentation and dataEnsure compliance with applicable accounting regulations, policies, and proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient financial processingMaintain organized financial records and a skilled,
