You will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.You will:Work closely with the Trucking Operations Manager to lead daily trucking and fleet operationsRecruit, hire, train, support, drive accountability, and employee satisfaction for those who report to this positionCoordinate haul schedules across locationsSupport fleet maintenance and vehicle safetyReview and validate daily driver time and mileage reportsEnsure team compliance with all licensing rules and regulationsIs aware of all regulations, including over‐dimensional permitting in SK, MB,
