Oversee PSWs and HSWs for compliance with standards
Intervene in patient and staff concerns
Conduct ongoing team meetings and coaching sessions
Document safety incidents accurately
Collaborate on clinical reporting and standards Requirements:
RN or RPN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
At least 5 years of nursing experience
Comprehensive health assessment skills
Proven team management experience
