Join The Salvation Army as a Community Child Facilitator in Calgary. This full time role is dedicated to creating secure, fun programs for children aged 6 to 12. As a Community Child Facilitator, you will play a critical role in designing programs tailored to the unique needs of children.

With a minimum of three years of experience, you will leverage your knowledge of child development and best teaching practices while interacting with a diverse group of youth. Collaborating with volunteers and service providers, you’ll ensure all activities are inclusive and enriching. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and implement various programs for children
Collaborate with other providers for client referrals
Train volunteers and ensure effective engagement
Maintain program statistics and prepare reports
Review and recommend changes for program curriculum Requirements:
Two-year diploma in related child development field
Minimum three years of practical experience
Familiarity with child protection laws
Valid first aid and CPR certification
