Become a Client Experience Manager at Axis Therapy & Performance, ensuring exceptional client interactions and effective claims administration. You will be responsible for coaching client coordinators and maintaining client scheduling, ensuring an organized and effective atmosphere. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth operations and adherence to SOPs. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee client coordinators and admin team performance
Optimize client scheduling and booking processes
Enforce billing and documentation standards
Address and resolve elevated client concerns
Coordinate claims management for MVA and WSIB Requirements:
2+ years of experience in clinic administration roles
Ability to mentor and hold team members accountable
Exceptional organizational skills and focus on detail
Polite persistence in following up with insurers
Knowledge of Jane App is preferred Shape client experiences and maintain administrative excellence at Axis.
