The OT will work with interprofessional teams to assess, plan, and deliver care that aligns with patient goals in various settings, guided by skilled standards and evidence-based practices.This role emphasizes person- and family-centered care, collaboration, and use of Meditech and related tools to support outcomes and service delivery.
