We are seeking a motivated and energetic Casual Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal across designated areas
Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards
Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, restocking supplies, and reporting repairs needed
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency and quality of service
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all cleaning tools are stored properly after use
Support team members during special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the proper use of cleaning equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions
Robust attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards and cleanliness
Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
