About Heron Cleaning

Heron Cleaning is a growing local cleaning company providing residential and office cleaning across Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Mississauga.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking cleaners who want versatile contract work where you choose the jobs that work for you.

Pay & Flexibility
$21–$25 per hour, depending on the job and experience
This is a contract position
We send you available cleaning jobs
You choose which jobs you want to accept
You are not required to accept every job offered
Versatile opportunities based on your availability

What You’ll Do
Clean residential homes and office spaces
Vacuum, mop and dust
Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
Clean common areas and other assigned spaces
Follow cleaning checklists and client instructions
Work independently or with another cleaner
Treat clients, their homes, offices and belongings with care and respect

What We’re Looking For
Reliable and punctual




Good attention to detail
Professional and respectful
Able to work independently
Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but not required
Willing to travel to cleaning jobs in Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Mississauga
Background check required before starting. If you do not currently have one, a background check can be initiated before you begin.

Don’t Drive? No Problem. You do not need to own a car or drive to apply. For cleaners who need transportation, Heron Cleaning can arrange pick-up and drop-off for accepted jobs.
