Working at full scope of practice, the overall function of the RN is to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the clinical conditions and transition of the patient and to enhance the quality of life by meeting the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of each person.Skills & Qualifications RequiredActive, unrestricted license to practice with the College of Nurses of OntarioCurrent CPR certificateNursing Diploma from an approved university or collegeBNSc preferredPosition ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates competencies and skills that are essential for the delivery of safe and effective patient careEvaluates the health status of patients with complexity of care needs and determines the initial plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family members and members of the inter-professional teamWorks with the inter-professional team in establishing priorities for care including preventive,
