and post procedure recovery.Possess advanced product knowledge to advise clients on proper care beyond the clinic.Counsel patients confidentially on the details and risks of procedures and treatmentsEnsure proper sterilization of equipment through medical device reprocessing between patients.Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms.Follow clinic protocols to prevent medical or clerical errors.Communicate effectively within the nursing team to support a cohesive environment.Participate in both in-house and external training sessions as requiredPerform other duties as assigned by management or the supervisory team.Biologics Administration:Patient enrolment and onboarding supportPatient education regarding medication administration and treatment pathways, as directed by the prescribing healthcare provider and in collaboration with the PharmacyCompletion and coordination of manufacturer forms, insurance forms, and other required documentationCoordination with patient support programs ("PSPs")Monitoring and facilitating completion of laboratory investigations, diagnostic tests, physician assessments, and other prerequisites necessary for treatment initiation or continuationScheduling assistance and communication with patientFaxing, document management, and other administrative support activitiesCoordination with the Pharmacy regarding coverage status, eligibility requirements, access issues, and treatment continuity, subject to patient authorizationRole QualificationsCurrent registration and active license in good standing with the provincial regulatory body (e.G.,
