and SAP with excellent accuracy and agilityEnsure orders are processed promptly and consistently by cut-offAct as a primary customer contact for all inquiriesMonitor and be available during assigned shift to cover phone queue to support all callers.Proactively engage customers to resolve issues in a timely mannerDeliver professional support to internal and external customersMonitor open queues to ensure timely processing and shippingCommunicate effectively with key stakeholdersUse appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding escalations, issues or operational concerns.Document all customer interactions and complaints accuratelyAnalyze billing, order, and inventory data to resolve issuesResolve issues and analyze root causes; recommend improvementsEnsure compliance with all procedures and regulatory standardsMaintain strong customer focus and sense of urgencyLearn and communicate product knowledge effectivelyBuild and maintain robust internal / external customer relationshipsHandle escalations calmly and effectively within guidelinesLeadership (10%)Encourage and foster a strong teamwork culture.Lead by example with a positive and professional demeanor.Demonstrate self-motivation and a proactive approach to work.Strong commitment to collaboration and with above and beyond mentality.Take ownership and accountability for responsibilities, outcomes, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Compliance (10%)Understand and follow company policiesEnsure all transactions meet terms, policies,



and approval limitsUse sound judgment to ensure accuracy and customer satisfactionCollaborate across teams to resolve issues effectivelyDocument all account interactions and adjustments for auditsComplete and track follow-ups within service level expectationsAbility to interpret operational and contract documentsMeet performance standards for adherence, calls, and processingQualificationsA Degree or a college diploma from a reputable schoolA minimum of 3 years customer service experienceFrench/English bilingualism is requiredAbility to handle complex and heavy work volumeExcellent understanding of the customer service operationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong ability to identify, analyze and solve problemsExperience with SAP order management systemAlign with department goals and objectivesProficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointData analysis skills would be an assetKnowledge of Salesforce preferredKnowledge of the Ophthalmology or Healthcare business preferredFor Canada locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $60,000.00 and $70,000.00. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
