Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in various carpentry techniques and be able to read and interpret schematics. This role involves working on diverse projects, from residential renovations to commercial constructions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Duties
Assemble and construct structures using wood, metal, and other materials.
Interpret and work from schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
Perform maintenance person tasks including repairs and installations as needed.
Execute caulking tasks to seal joints and seams for weatherproofing.
Engage in concrete forming for foundations, slabs, and other structures.
Install drywall efficiently while ensuring a smooth finish.
Carry out cabinet installation with precision, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
Work on roofing projects, including installation of shingles or other roofing materials.
Install siding to enhance the aesthetics and durability of buildings.




Build custom structures as per client specifications while maintaining safety standards.

Experience
Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is essential.
Familiarity with various carpentry tools and equipment.
Experience with drywall installation, cabinet installation, roofing, siding, caulking, concrete forming, and general maintenance person tasks is highly desirable.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship on every project.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
