Duties
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide patient care including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring under supervision or as trained
Support seniors and individuals with disabilities through companionship and engagement in recreational activities
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment
Assist with transfers and heavy lifting to ensure client safety during movement or repositioning




Document care provided accurately and communicate any changes in condition to healthcare professionals

Experience
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care settings is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience in patient care, dementia care, hospice support or caring for individuals with disabilities
Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety procedures
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks
Familiarity with meal preparation that meets specific dietary requirements
Solid communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Compassionate attitude combined with reliability and attention to detail
