Our Edson division in Edson, Alberta, is recruiting for a Millwright.As the Industrial Mechanic (Millwright), you will be a key player in our continuous maintenance improvement program through daily troubleshooting and preventative maintenance strategies. You will work up to a shift millwright in the sawmill to troubleshoot and repair production equipment and maintain uptime in the facilities during production shifts.You'll Do:Maintenance of pumps, conveyors, compressors, mechanical systems, rollers & chains, bearings and hydraulics involved in the manufacturing process.Undertake preventative maintenance program for equipmentRead blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to repair equipment.Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery and parts during the assembly, installation, set-up and repair of equipment and machineryInspect and examine machinery and equipment and repair as required.Repair and assemble hydraulic equipment and cylindersVerify and document repairs madeUse knowledge and skills to recognize opportunities for improvements and savingsYou have:A valid Inter-Provincial or Provincial Journeyperson Millwright CertificationAbility to read blue prints,
