Working on a contract basis until September 2027, you will help youth navigate challenges through clinical interventions and case management strategies. This role emphasizes collaboration with families and community organizations, aiming for a holistic approach to therapy for adolescents. Your expertise in crisis management and treatment modalities will be essential in guiding change for both youth and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions effectively
• Collaborate with families to ensure comprehensive care




• Monitor participants’ well-being and assess risks
• Develop individualized discharge and safety plans
• Offer administrative support with student placements
Requirements:
• Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years experience in psychotherapy with youth
• Certifications in First Aid and Non-violent Crisis Intervention
• Solid understanding of evidence-based counselling techniques
• Valid Class “G” Driver’s License required
