Working

Monday to Friday for 35 hours weekly, successful candidates must possess a diploma in Child and Youth Work, Developmental Services, or Social Services, along with two years of practical experience. Effective communication skills and a solid understanding of behavioral assessments are vital for collaborating with students, teachers, and families. Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual counseling to address emotional and behavioral issues
Develop and implement appropriate behavior management strategies




Instruct social and life skills tailored to student needs
Facilitate group activities to foster engagement
Offer academic support to enhance student success Requirements:
Diploma in Child and Youth Work or equivalent
At least two years of relevant work experience
Experience with functional behavior assessments
Solid interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
