SYSTRA Canada is seeking a agile Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our bilingual HR team. You will manage the entire recruitment cycle, build robust relationships with managers, and source top talent to deliver a premier candidate experience.

We require 8+ years in talent acquisition, including 3+ years in rail, construction, or engineering, and a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. Hybrid work (3–4 days from home) and a competitive advantages package are offered.
