We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and qualified Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering excellent grooming services, providing a great client experience, and maintaining a clean and professional workspace. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services based on client preferences
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and ensuring a positive shop experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of barber tools, workstations, and common areas in compliance with state and shop standards
Recommend grooming products and assist with retail sales when appropriate
Manage basic front-desk tasks such as appointment scheduling, client check-in/check-out, and answering inquiries
Support team members in fostering a welcoming, professional,



and client-focused atmosphere
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience as a barber or stylist is preferred
Knowledge of cutting techniques, grooming trends, and sanitation requirements
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Experience with appointment systems or front-desk duties is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Valid barber license (if required by your state/country)
